Nicole Trimboli has 10 years of NCAA coaching experience at the Division I & II levels, most recently, the head coach at Regis University in Denver, Colorado. Before coming back to her home state, she coached at the University of Maine, School of Mines, Portland State, and University of Central Florida. In 2016, she stepped away from collegiate coaching to focus on team training and development for club organizations through her company, NT Athletics LLC. She's also the co-founder of LivingRoots.com, a web service that helps families capture their legacy.

Nicole Trimboli grew up in Colorado Springs as a multi-sport athlete and went on to play softball for the University of Nebraska. During her career, she helped the Huskers win 2 Big XII Conference Titles as well as a trip to the NCAA Women's College World Series in 2002. She is ranked in 8 of 10 offensive categories at the University of Nebraska. In 2004, she was drafted by the National Pro Fastpitch League (NPF) and began her professional career with the Akron Racers. During her 9 years in the NPF, Nicole was a part of 3 NPF Championship teams, as well as a 3-time All-Star, and in 2008, was named Championship Series MVP while leading the Chicago Bandits to its 1st National title. She's ranked in the top 10 All-Time in 5 different offensive categories.
