Jessica Crate is an Elite Marathon runner, World Class Triathlete, USATF Coach, Natural and Healthy Running Teacher, and Yoga Instructor. She is a two-time Canadian and World Junior Nationals team member, NCAA Varsity athlete, four-year All-American, and graduate of F.S.U. with a degree in Biological Sciences.
In her youth, Jessica was competitive in several sports including; gymnastics, basketball, soccer, swimming, and softball as well as both outdoor and indoor water sports. She continued competitively on the varsity soccer team in high school before focusing her efforts on Track and X-Country. Following her high school and collegiate careers, Jessica competed at the Olympic level as an Elite Marathon runner and triathlete. She qualified to compete for Team USA at 5 consecutive World Triathlon Championships in both ITU and the Ironman 70.3 circuits.

As a businesswoman, philanthropist and lifestyle entrepreneur, she travels globally teaching others how to optimize human performance and believe in all you can achieve. She currently runs her own business focusing on coaching others to “Cultivate a Champion Mindset” in all walks of life - body, mind and soul - even in the midst of adversity. In addition, she also currently serves on the Community Advisory Board for Girls on the Run as the Board Chair and former Director of Fundraising and Events. She has coached all ages from 6 to 86, witnessing the transformation of what positive coaching education can do for all ages, especially our youth. She is passionate about moving, motivating and inspiring others to reach their optimal human potential, while impacting the world in a positive light.
