As part of the PCA #LifeisaTeamSport campaign, the #DearSports initiative invites school-aged young athletes to draft a letter to their “sport” expressing their love for the game and feelings on the loss of playing.  “We are seeing the impact of the loss of sports on young athletes”, said PCA-MN Executive Director, Troy Pearson.  “It is important that we let them express themselves during this time. We’re asking young athletes to write a letter to their favorite sport expressing what they miss and their hopes for the future.” We highly encourage handwritten letters to be submitted.

KARE 11 TV, in a partnership with the Positive Coaching Alliance - MN, will be featuring #DearSports letters during the 6pm sports newscast each Monday beginning April 27th

Winners of the contest will receive a 'sports package', which will include memorabilia and gear from local pro and college teams.
